What we do and what it costs
Four services. Each starts with a small fixed-price step whose output is yours even if you go no further.
Data clean-up and AI connection
We clean up the data of one workflow and connect it safely to an AI agent. The agent reads the data and drafts a proposal, a person approves it.

Who it is for, and who it is not
This is the fastest way to find out whether we should talk at all.
It makes sense when…
- You have a workflow or an operation that works, but grinds on manual work and retyping between spreadsheets, e-mail and PDFs.
- You want an AI agent, but do not want to hand it the keys to everything. It should read and draft, and a person should approve.
- You already have an AI agent, or are buying one, and need to know what happens when someone tries to abuse it.
- One person keeps the whole pipeline in their head and you know that is a risk.
- You can decide on a small first step without six months of approvals.
It does not make sense when…
- You are looking for the cheapest vendor. That is not us and we will not compete on it.
- You are at the idea stage with no operation yet. Do it by hand first.
- Your operation fits off-the-shelf software. We will tell you on the first call.
- You want AI to decide about money, filings or deletions without a person. We do not build that.
- You need a legal opinion or insurance. We are not a law firm or an insurance company; we deliver technical material.
The same rules apply to an agent, a custom system and a website.
01The agent drafts, a person approves
The agent works with data read-only and prepares material or a proposal. At every irreversible step (payment, filing, sending something out, deletion) it waits for a person.
02Data, code and connector are yours
From the first version. When we stop, the cleaned data, the code and the documentation stay with you and the system keeps running.
03The model runs locally or in the EU
Depending on how sensitive the workflow is: a model on your premises, or in an EU data centre with a contractual ban on training on your data.
04Tests instead of promises
Automated tests run on every change and live in a repository you own. You can run them without us.

Depending on the service: a workflow analysis, a quick agent scan, a system audit or a visibility audit. Output: a written plan and a fixed quote for the next step. - 03Decision · yours
You hold the plan and the price. You continue or you do not. The output of the first step stays with you either way, and if you continue, we deduct its price where the price list says so. - 04Delivery · depends on scope
A pilot usually takes 4–6 weeks, a system MVP up to a month, a website 7–14 days. You see it taking shape along the way, not as a final demo. - 05Handover · all yours
The code, your data in exportable form, documentation and access. From here another vendor can take it on. - 06Operations · optional, monthly
Data quality monitoring, changes, agent retests or website care. Cancel any time and everything keeps running; you pay for development, not for keeping the lights on.

The objections we hear most
The answers you would get on the call.
Why not start with a big project straight away?
Because it first has to make sense to you. The first step has a fixed price and a written output you can base the decision on. If it shows the project is not worth it, we will tell you so in writing.
Could the AI reach data it should not?
The agent reads only what the connector allows, and it may write only with a person’s approval. A quick scan or an agent audit tests this, including prompt injection attacks.
What if we stop working with you?
The code, the data and the documentation are yours from the first version. The system and the website keep running and anyone else can take them over.
How much will it cost?
You will find indicative prices above and in the price list. We set a fixed price after the first step, once we know the scope. We do not ask you to sign anything before that.
Will you promise us savings or a result?
No. We do not promise results or percentage savings. We show you what has changed, using numbers from your own operation.
Do you also handle the AI Act and GDPR?
We prepare the technical material and documentation for the AI Act and show you where the gaps are. Legal interpretation is a lawyer’s job; we are not a law firm or an insurance company.
Why trust you when you do not show client names?
Client names are left off this page on purpose. We will show you systems running in live operation on the call, and you get a reference contact if the client agrees.

Four things. With these we fit into half an hour and you leave with an estimate.

- 03Where the data lives today: a spreadsheet, e-mail, paper, some system? Feel free to share your screen on the call.
