Cookies and analytics
What eacks.com measures, what happens before you give consent and how to change your choice at any time.
Who measures
The controller is eacks s.r.o., company ID 19812701. You can reach us through the contact form on the home page.
What we measure and why
Google Analytics shows us traffic: which pages are read and where visitors come from.
Google Ads is used to measure enquiries from advertising: whether a submitted enquiry came from our search ad.
When you submit a form, Google is told only that a form was submitted and which one. We do not pass the contents of forms (name, e-mail, message) to Google.
Before you consent
This site uses Google’s Consent Mode in advanced mode. The Google tag therefore loads straight away and, even before you consent, sends Google cookieless signals: that the page was viewed, when, the consent status and basic browser details. Google also sees the IP address of your connection, because your browser sends it a request.
No cookies are stored or read before you consent. If you decline, it stays that way: Google keeps receiving cookieless signals only.
After you consent
Once you consent, Google stores these cookies in your browser:
_gaexpires after 2 yearsGoogle Analytics: tells a new visit from a returning one.
_ga_<ID>expires after 2 yearsGoogle Analytics: keeps the state of the current visit.
_gcl_auexpires after 90 daysGoogle Ads: links a submitted enquiry to the ad the visit came from.
When measuring a conversion, Google Ads may also read cookies your browser already holds on Google domains. We do not use remarketing or personalised advertising based on visits to our site, and both are switched off in our settings.
Who receives the data
The recipient is Google Ireland Limited. Google may also process data on its servers in the USA, so the data may be transferred to the USA.
How long your choice lasts
We remember your choice in your browser’s storage for 12 months. After that we ask again.
How to withdraw or change consent
Every page has a “Cookie settings” link in the footer. It reopens the bar, where you can change your choice as easily as you made it. If you withdraw consent, we delete the _ga* and _gcl* cookies and Google goes back to receiving cookieless signals only.
